📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment is confirmed. This includes quality checks, order packaging, and hand-off to the shipping carrier.

🌍 Shipping Times

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States, Canada, Australia, UK, EU: 7–20 business days

  • Asia & Middle East: 10–25 business days

  • Africa & South America: 15–30 business days

Please note that delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, high demand, or local courier issues.

📤 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be generated and updated automatically. You’ll be able to track your package via the Track Order page on our website.

In some cases, tracking may take a few days to update depending on the carrier.

📦 Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on stock availability and warehouse location. This helps us speed up delivery and reduce wait times.

🚨 Incorrect Address Disclaimer

📌 Delayed or Lost Orders

In rare cases, shipping may exceed expected delivery times due to uncontrollable external factors. If your order has not arrived after 45 business days, it may be considered lost and reviewed accordingly.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or failed delivery attempts, it will not be reshipped or refunded.
